Pinnacle Support Services is seeking a Compassionate Enrolled Nurse to join our growing community team in Mandurah and surrounding areas.

About the Role
You'll provide one-on-one nursing support to participants in their homes and community, working under the clinical direction of a Registered Nurse.
Duties include:
* Wound care and skin integrity management
* Catheter care
* Medication support (within EN scope)
* Chronic disease monitoring
* Clinical observations and documentation
* Liaising with families, support coordinators, and allied health professionals
No factory-style care. No unrealistic caseloads. Just quality, person-centred nursing.

About You
You're reliable, emotionally intelligent, and clinically solid — with a calm presence and strong ethics.
You'll need:
* Current AHPRA registration (no restrictions)
* Minimum 1 year post-graduate experience as an Enrolled Nurse
* Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Working With Children Check
* Current Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle
* Strong communication and documentation skills
* A genuine commitment to participant dignity and safety
Community or NDIS experience is preferred but not essential — attitude matters more.
