Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Housekeeping Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our facilities.
Our Housekeeping Assistants work closely with the Facility Manager and the Hotel Services Team Leader to ensure that resident rooms, common areas, main entrance, outdoor entertainment areas, admin offices, and dining halls are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
You will also be responsible for providing laundry services and ensuring that residents' daily needs are met. This is a physically demanding role that requires bending, squatting, lifting, and pushing items to carry out your daily tasks safely.
We require you to be able to perform these tasks without risk of injury to yourself, your colleagues, and our residents. A customer service mindset, strong communication skills, and problem-solving abilities are essential for success in this role.
Key responsibilities include:
* Cleaning resident rooms, common areas, main entrance, outdoor entertainment areas, admin offices, and dining halls
* Providing laundry services
* Ensuring that residents' daily needs are met
* Working off-set checklists on a daily basis and following agreed procedures for safety
