**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Work as an integral team member of the LM/Sikorsky Australia UH60M Program Team.
- Guide and assist the development and implementation of the RUMP and associated project management system, including schedules, budgets, performance management and reporting
- Assist the coordination of activities across LMA, Sikorsky Australia and Sikorsky Army & Air Force Systems (AAFS) to deliver the stand up of services as detailed in the RUMP and directed by the Ramp Up Manager.
- Lead the development and ongoing engagement with SAAL for the establishment of the Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) capability
- Manage the training upskill requirements and throughput of personnel through the SAAL training school
- Work collaboratively with Human Resources and Talent Acquisition to contribute to the development of the Program Workforce Implementation Plan and develop and implement Staff Induction and Training Plans.
- Work with HR Business Partner and other Program Team members to recruit and train staff.
**About you**:
- We are looking for a highly engaging The UH-60M Customer Support Manager is responsible for the successful ramp up of the Customer Support Capability for the Initial Support Contract and relevant Phase In elements of the UH-60M Sustainment Contract.
- The role will be the key point of contact for Customer Support to the program and liaising with SAC (and other subcontractors) for maintenance, training and engineering reach back.
- This position will report to the UH-60M Platform Services Manager and will be required to work closely with the customer and other Lockheed Martin organisations supporting the UH-60M sustainment activities.
- Significant Rotary Wing maintenance and Logistics experience
- Significant experience managing projects within an Defence Aerospace Sustainment domain.
- Detailed knowledge and experience in managing DASR Part 145 Aerospace Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) organisation.
- Advanced knowledge of Defence Aviation Safety Regulations Part 145 Maintenance Organisations, Part 147 Maintenance Training and DASR Part 66 Maintenance Licensing.
- Strong experience in managing a distributed multi-disciplinary workforce
- Extensive experience in working within Defence SPO organisations and associated Logistics Support elements
- Demonstratable experience in Project Management, including schedule development, cost estimation, risk management, Project Reporting and Performance Management Frameworks.
