Position: Maintenance Engineer
Support maintenance and reliability engineering initiatives by leveraging data-driven insights, predictive tools (like XMPro), and automation to improve asset performance, uptime, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
* Monitor and improve asset reliability using predictive analytics and condition‐based maintenance practices
* Develop and maintain data pipelines, dashboards, and flows in XMPro (or similar tools) for real-time monitoring and decision support
* Perform reliability analysis (failure trends, root cause, performance metrics) and recommend improvements
* Support maintenance planning, incident analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives
* Collaborate with operations, engineering, and IT teams to implement data‐driven maintenance strategies
* Work with Python scripts for configuration and integration of operational systems
Mandatory Skills
* Experience in maintenance / reliability engineering (industrial or asset‐heavy environments)
* Hands‐on experience with XMPro or similar predictive analytics / IoT platforms
* Understanding of asset performance, failure analysis, and maintenance strategies
* Knowledge of Python scripting skills for data analysis and automation
Preferred Skills
* Knowledge of industrial systems / OT environments
* Familiarity with data visualization and analytics tools
