Are you an experienced Cabinet Maker looking for more than just another workshop job?
We are a well-established, locally owned home improvement company in Cairns specialising in kitchen, bathroom and cabinetry renovations, and we're looking for a skilled tradesperson who wants to build a long-term career with opportunities to grow into kitchen design and production management.
This role would suit either:
• An experienced cabinet maker who enjoys hands-on work and installations, or
• A cabinet maker wanting to progress into kitchen design, production software and project coordination.
About the Role
• Full-time position based in Cairns
• Cabinet making in the workshop and on-site installations when required
• Work on custom kitchens, bathrooms and renovation projects
• Opportunity to learn and develop skills in 3D kitchen design and cabinetry production software
• Assist with job planning, production scheduling and project coordination
What We're Looking For
• Proven cabinet making experience
• Ability to read and interpret plans
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Reliable, motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Interest in advancing into kitchen design or production management (highly regarded)
• Current driver's license (essential)
