Advance your career as a key player in the construction and maintenance of Western Australia's infrastructure. As a Roller Driver, you will be responsible for transporting plant and materials to site, operating spreader trucks for aggregate distribution, and supporting road construction activities across regional WA.

Key Responsibilities:
* Operate a range of vehicles including towed tankers and dog floats to support road construction activities.
* Reverse trucks for aggregate spreading on roads while adhering to strict safety protocols.
* Assist with loading/unloading and securing plant and equipment to ensure safe transportation and operation.
* Complete daily prestart checks, timesheets, and fatigue management documentation to maintain accurate records.
* Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report faults or required repairs to ensure optimal performance.
* May be required to operate additional plant when necessary.
* Carry out general labouring duties and assist with private works as needed.
* Ensure compliance with safety procedures and manufacturer specifications at all times.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Valid truck license (HR, HC, MC).
* Loader Driver experience preferred but not essential.
* White Card and WorkSafe Fatigue Management certification.
* Physically fit and able to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug & alcohol screening.
* Willingness to work flexible hours (10–14 hour days) and travel regionally.
* Ability to work up to 12 days on followed by 2 days off in a fortnight if required.
* Strong understanding of load stability and securing techniques.
* Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to safety.
