About the Role:
The role of a Support Worker plays a vital part in creating a safe, supportive and friendly environment for individuals with disabilities, children and young people. Through tailored person-centred active support, this role empowers participants to develop daily living skills, engage in community activities and build their capacity for greater independence and inclusivity.
Your Daily Tasks Can Include:
* Building relationships with the people you are caring for.
* Providing care to participants following a routine developed specifically in consultation with their needs, including personal, medication and domestic care.
* Transporting the people in our care to and from appointments.
* Assisting in the implementation of programs designed for the development of the client.
