About the role
We currently have a new opening in our Toowoomba (QLD) office for a full-time counter & retail salesperson. You will be part of a dedicated service team responsible for the daily operation of our branch.
In this role your duties will include (but are not limited to):
* Counter sales & collection
* Picking, packing and warehouse duties
* Inbound phone sales
* Entering orders
* Providing customers with quotations
* Supporting sales representatives
* Offering technical product support and advice
* Following up on our in-house marketing initiatives
Exceptional customer service skills are a must, but no industry experience is required. Full training on our extensive range of products will be provided.
