About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering projects and works associated with pipeline, bulk water and irrigation maintenance, asset refurbishment/replacement and enhancement projects, and dam safety upgrade projects.
Your primary duties will include working with other regional staff and work groups to identify workloads, services required, and assisting with the establishment of procurement agreements-contracts. You will also ensure that all works programs and individual projects are conducted in a way that ensures risk is at acceptable and tolerable levels at all times and that customers, people, reputation, and the environment are not adversely impacted as a result of works.
You will assist with overall planning and annual budgeting for the execution of the region's major maintenance and minor capital works programs. Additionally, you will assist with the development and maintenance of annual, three, and five-year rolling delivery plans to cater for forward business planning.

* Maintain accurate records and reports to track project progress and performance.
* Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering, qualifications in Project Management, or an equivalent qualification.
* Significant experience in the refurbishment, replacement, and enhancement, and/or delivery of bulk water or heavy industry infrastructure.
* Strong computer literacy, advanced Excel skills, and experience with SAP (preferably).
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
