As an experienced and passionate recruiter, are you looking to join a leading global company with a dynamic team of 35 Talent Acquisition Partners supporting our hiring managers worldwide? The Oceania team provides recruitment services for Australia, China, Hong Kong and New Zealand, with opportunities to support hiring in our other key regions - North America and UK.

If you love variety and being busy, this is the role for you! You will manage the end-to-end recruitment needs across multiple Computershare businesses, and a range of functions with a focus on professional roles, both temp and perm.
The best way to describe our global Talent Acquisition team is super friendly, supportive and busy. You will receive in-house training upon commencement and will be fully supported by your manager and peers. You will provide trusted recruitment partnering and coaching support to hiring managers with the aim of delivering outstanding service and attracting quality talent.
We also provide the opportunity to contribute to global Talent Acquisition projects as part of our transition to globally aligned and consistent practices.
**Other key accountabilities will include**:
- Proactively build diverse sourcing strategies with a strong focus on direct sourcing and leveraging proactive recruitment channels/existing relationships
- Provide a strategic, commercial and consultative recruitment service to hiring managers
- Offer guidance and coaching to staff regarding career opportunities, interview and resume preparation techniques
**What will you bring to the role?**

You will easily build great relationships, be able to flex your approach to meet the needs of managers you are working with, and be solutions focused.
Collaboration is key as you have the fantastic opportunity to work with people in different locations and time zones.

- Proven 360 recruitment experience, ideally including internal experience
- Able to demonstrate success in direct sourcing strategies and talent pipelining
- Exceptional time management skills in order to prioritise conflicting needs
- Professionalism when handling confidential information and sensitive matters
- Proven record of being self-motivated, flexible and proactive
