Civil Construction Trainer – Monday to Friday – 40 hours a week

We are currently seeking an experienced Civil Construction Trainer to join our team. This role is ideal for a motivated industry professional who is passionate about sharing their knowledge and developing the next generation of civil construction workers.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver engaging training and assessment in civil construction programs
* Conduct classroom, workshop, and practical site-based training
* Assess learner competency in accordance with training package requirements
* Provide guidance and support to students throughout their training
* Maintain accurate training and assessment records
* Ensure training is delivered in line with industry standards and safety requirements

Qualifications

* Demonstrated experience in the civil construction industry
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 / TAE40122) or willingness to obtain
* Relevant civil construction qualifications and competencies
* Strong communication and mentoring skills
* Commitment to workplace health and safety
* Experience delivering nationally recognised training
* Machinery operation competencies (e.g., excavator, loader, roller, grader)
* Experience working with diverse learner groups
