Centre : Goodstart Burleigh
Employment Type : Full time – 38 hrs a week
Pay : Up to $39.35 per hour + Super + Benefits

Responsibilities
- As a Senior Educator at Goodstart, you'll take charge of your own room, leading a team of Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs.
- Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices.
- Ensure safety and inclusivity so that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children.

You’ll need
- Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current Queensland Working with Children Check
