You will execute and deliver the projects through collaborating with our stakeholders, managing risks along the way.New, exciting opportunity in our Store Renewal team - open to all levels of experiencePlay a key role in leading our key initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders across MYERFlexible hybrid working model – work from our Docklands-based Support Office and the comfort of your homeAbout The Role:Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale programs, ensuring alignment with Myer's strategic priorities.Develop and implement program governance frameworks, ensuring clear structure, accountability, and risk management.Drive business transformation initiatives, focusing on operational efficiency, omnichannel growth, and customer experience.Manage program budgets, ensuring financial discipline and ROI optimisation.Act as a key liaison between senior executives, department heads, and project teams to ensure alignment and buy-in.Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., IT, Marketing, Store Operations, Finance, Supply Chain) to drive program success.Engage external vendors and partners to support program delivery where necessary.Oversee multiple projects within the program, ensuring milestones are met and risks are mitigated.Drive Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies based on project needs, ensuring flexibility and efficiency.Implement change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption across the organization.Track and report on program performance, providing regular updates to executive leadership.Identify, assess, and mitigate risks that could impact program delivery.Ensure compliance with Myer's governance standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.About you:Experience in program/project management.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Highly organised and self-driven with a strong attention to detail.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.Collaborative, can work at pace in cross-functional teams.Ability to engage, influence, and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders of all levels in a complex business.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.Knowledge of program and project management methodologies (i.e. Agile).Desirable, but not essential:Experience managing budgets and ensuring cost-effective program execution.Ability to lead large-scale change initiatives in retail, digital, or operational transformations.Experience in driving technology adoption and process improvements.Experience working with retail systems, ERP, eCommerce platforms, and supply chain solutions.Aust.
