About the role
Norm Phillips & Staff Electrical are seeking an experienced A Grade Electrician to join their team based in Keysborough, VIC. This full-time role will involve performing electrical work including high end commercial/retail fitouts, office fitouts and commercial maintenance, ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest standard and in compliance with industry regulations.
What you'll be doing
1. Performing electrical installations, maintenance and repair work for commercial and retail clients, including after hours maintenance works. (when required)
2. Troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues.
3. Ensuring all work is compliant with relevant electrical codes and safety standards.
4. Providing excellent customer service to clients.
5. Assisting with general team tasks and contributing to the overall success of the business.
6. Managing schedule, tasks and timesheet via Job Management system, Trak.
What we're looking for
1. A valid A Grade Electrician licence.
2. At least 3 years of experience working as an A Grade Electrician, specifically in commercial fitouts, office fitouts or commercial maintenance.
3. Prefer applicant to be in South East suburbs area to be located near our main office/factory location.
4. Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety regulations and installation best practices.
5. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
6. Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to clearly communicate with clients, along with neat presentation.
7. A collaborative and reliable team player.
Requirements:
* Victorian Electrical License
* Victorian full drivers license
* Construction white card
* EWP and high risk licenses
