Swimming Instructor Job Summary
This role involves teaching swimming lessons to participants of all ages and skill levels, developing lesson plans, and guiding the growth of Swimming Instructors.
Main Responsibilities:
* Plan, prepare, and safely conduct swimming lessons to meet industry standards.
* Evaluate participant readiness, progression, and level attainment.
* Supervise and assist in the development of future Swimming Instructors.
Requirements:
* Austswim Swimming Instructor certification.
* Austswim Infant and Preschool certification (desired).
* Current Australian Resuscitation Council recognised resuscitation certification.
* Current Level 2 First Aid certification.
