This two-yeartraineeshipcombines hands-on technical work with formal study toward nationally recognised qualifications:
Year 1: ICT***** Certificate III in Information Technology
Year 2: ICT***** Certificate IV in Information Technology
Key Duties Include
Assisting Senior Technicians with installations and service work
Basic rack building and cable terminations
Setting up and commissioning AV equipment
Handling Tier 1 support calls and remote monitoring
Delivering equipment to customer sites
General office and technical housekeeping

Requirements
Enthusiasm for IT and Audio-Visual technology
Strong problem-solving and learning aptitude
Provisional Driver's Licence (or ability to obtain one within 6 months)
Full-time availability (Monday–Friday, 37.5 hours/week)
