A busy and welcoming family in Mosman, NSW is seeking a reliable, energetic, proactive and experienced nanny/house manager to care for their two boys (aged 6 and 4 years) and provide household support. This is a long-term role suited to someone looking to become an integral part of a family's routine and provide consistent care over the coming years.
Days & Hours
Monday to Friday6:45am – 6:30pm (Preferred, though flexibility with hours is available for the right candidate – shorter days or split shifts may be considered)
The Role
Morning Duties:
* Assisting with getting the children ready for school
* Preparing lunch boxes
* School drop-off (10-minute walk)
Afternoon Duties:
* School pick-up (10 minute walk)
* Preparing afternoon snacks
* Homework support
* Taking the children to activities if required
* Playing and engaging with the children until parents return (6:30pm)
During School Hours
While the children are at school, the nanny will assist with light household duties, including but not limited to:
* Preparing family meals/snacks
* Tidying children's bedrooms and main living areas
* Walking and feeding the family dog
The Ideal Nanny
The family is seeking someone who is:
* Warm, proactive and organised
* Confident managing two young school-aged boys
* Experienced with school routines and homework support
* Reliable and punctual
* Proactive
* Happy to assist with light household management
* Comfortable with a medium-sized dog
Requirements
* Minimum 3+ years' experience as a nanny/house manager
* Current First Aid Certificate (or willing to obtain)
* Current Working with Children's check
* Non Smoker
