What your day will look like....
In this role, you'll be immersed in a dynamic blend of mentorship, clinical insight, and strategic leadership.
You'll work closely with trainees and trainers at DRANZCOG Advanced hospitals, helping translate complex obstetric learning into practical, rural-ready skills.
Whether you're facilitating a community of practice, advising on curriculum alignment, or supporting medical students exploring rural career pathways, your day will be filled with meaningful interactions and opportunities to influence the future of rural obstetric care.
You'll also contribute to governance, education, and research initiatives that elevate the quality and safety of care across the Queensland Rural Generalist Pathway.
You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $80,****** (L29) comprising salary rates between $259,072 (L25) - $301,759 (L29) p.a. (pro rata), motor vehicle allowance, professional development allowance, professional development leave 3.6 weeks p.a. (pro rata), regional attraction allowance, professional indemnity cover and private practice arrangements.
Superannuation (up to *****%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) will be applied additionally to the total remuneration value.
