Test Analyst - SOE / Windows 11 Migration
6‑month contract
A large organisation is kicking off a major Windows 10 to Windows 11 uplift across 10k-11k devices (around 4k brand‑new endpoints) and is looking for an experienced Test Analyst to take ownership of testing. This is a key role in ensuring the SOE image, apps and integrations are rock‑solid before rollout to clinical and corporate users.
You'll be responsible for defining the test strategy, authoring test plans and test cases, executing SOE image testing, and coordinating defect management across multiple streams. You'll work closely with the implementation vendor, infrastructure/desktop teams and business stakeholders to validate builds, manage risks and provide clear reporting on test progress and quality.
To be successful, you'll bring strong experience in SOE image testing and large‑scale desktop OS upgrades (including Windows 11), plus solid skills in test planning, documentation and stakeholder communication; what matters most is your ability to handle complexity at scale and keep a busy migration program on track.
ASAP start preferred, but a 2‑week notice period is absolutely fine for the right candidate.
