Our organisation is seeking a medical specialist to provide support for child victims of interpersonal violence. The ideal candidate will work closely with other health staff and external agencies, such as Police and Department of Communities and Justice.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver medical forensic care and treatment to victims of violence, abuse, and neglect.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals and external organisations to ensure the best possible outcomes for children.
Requirements:
* Be a registered medical practitioner in Australia.
* Hold fellowship status with the Royal Australasian College of Physicians, Paediatrics and Child Health Division.
* Have relevant knowledge and experience to practice as a senior medical practitioner in child abuse and neglect, including child sexual assault.
