Reporting and Accountabilities
You will report directly to the Business Director and be responsible for:
1. Leading the implementation of strategic ICT projects across the organisation, driving operational efficiency and service delivery.
2. Developing and refining policies to support business objectives, ensuring seamless execution and stakeholder engagement.
3. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to manage change effectively, aligning with organisational goals.
4. Evaluating systems and processes, identifying areas for improvement and recommending strategic enhancements.
Essential Qualifications and Experience
* Demonstrated expertise in project management, particularly within ICT-related change initiatives.
* Prior leadership experience, including team management and strategic planning.
* Strong policy development and operational planning skills, with a focus on stakeholder engagement and communication.
* Excellent ability to work independently, managing competing priorities with diligence and precision.
