Job Overview
The role of a works supervisor is critical to the success of road maintenance and civil construction activities.
You will oversee a crew of road workers, ensuring they follow approved processes and safety procedures while operating various equipment.
Working closely with the team leader, you will develop strategies for delivering projects efficiently, manage finances, and implement business processes that meet our needs.

Requirements
* A valid construction induction card and current licenses/tickets in plant operation, traffic management, chainsaw use, and first aid.
* At least five years' experience in a supervisory role within road maintenance, construction, or a similar field.
* Working knowledge of computer tablets and mobile devices.
* Strong administrative and technical skills.
