Role Description This is a contract position (approx 30-40 hours per month) for an Influencer Marketing Coordinator. The role is hybrid, based in Melbourne, VIC, with flexibility for remote work - great for a side hustle. The Influencer Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for identifying, building, and managing relationships with influencers, coordinating influencer campaigns from planning to execution, and ensuring brand alignment. Additional responsibilities include tracking campaign performance, creating reports, assisting with PR and social media strategies, supporting event coordination, and collaborating with internal teams and clients. Qualifications Experience in influencer engagement, relationship management, and campaign coordinationSkills in social media strategy, PR, and digital marketingStrong organizational, time management, and project coordination abilitiesExceptional communication skills, both written and verbalProficiency with analytics tools and an understanding of campaign performance metricsCreativity and passion for the arts or the creative industries are highly beneficialBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field preferredAbility to work in a hybrid environment and adapt to varying responsibilities
