Job Overview
This role involves leading the execution of planned and reactive maintenance across critical site infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
* Main responsibilities include aligning maintenance plans with production requirements and managing contractors in line with standards.
* React to equipment downtime/delays in a timely manner, support fault finding and troubleshooting activities, and liaise with maintenance coordinators and planners to monitor and improve maintenance schedules.
* Drive safe work behaviors and risk management by leading and managing a multi-discipline team to ensure training and performance compliance.
Requirements
* Recognised trade certificates or degrees in Mechanical or Electrical disciplines are required. An electrical supervisor's license is also necessary for relevant roles.
* A minimum of 3 years' supervisory experience in industry is essential.
* Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills are crucial for success in this role.
* Prior experience using computerized maintenance management systems such as SAP is desirable.
* Candidates must have unrestricted rights to work in Australia.
