Program Manager - ICT Transformation Specialist
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
* Mobilise and lead the ICT transformation program by developing and implementing a detailed mobilisation and delivery plan.
* Define program structure, timelines, and resource requirements, and ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
* Establish governance and reporting frameworks to support oversight and decision-making.
* Coordinate stakeholder engagement and communications to ensure clear communication across internal teams, executive leadership, and external partners.
* Oversee technical transition design and transition planning in collaboration with technical leads.
* Manage risks, issues, and dependencies, and maintain a program-level risk and issues register.
* Provide strategic advice and recommendations to support executive decision-making.
About the Program
The client is procuring professional services through Labour Hire to support the discovery stage of an ICT transition program. The program involves transitioning from an existing shared services arrangement and establishing a fit-for-purpose ICT operating model that aligns with the Agency's national footprint, strategic priorities, and service delivery needs.
