Job Title: Program Leader & Nominated Supervisor
We are seeking an innovative and experienced educator to lead our team in delivering a high-quality educational program for children beyond school hours.
* Designing the educational program in collaboration with the leadership team.
* Supervising, ensuring the safety and well-being of children.
* Leading and supporting staff members.
* Managing enrollments and building relationships with families.
* Creating engaging learning environments.
The Nominated Supervisor will be responsible for:
* Implementing the educational program aligned with our vision and philosophy.
* Managing daily ratios and staffing levels.
* Overseeing facilities for safety, functionality, and aesthetics.
* Ensuring children's safety, risk management, and well-being.
* Organizing excursions and incursions, especially for vacation programs.
* Managing food and beverage services.
* Handling medical needs, medication administration, health plans, and risk minimization for children with medical diagnoses.
* Managing the centre's overall image.
* Building supportive relationships with families.
* Leading staff, including promoting staff well-being, and conducting meetings and briefings.
* Attending monthly meetings with senior leaders.

Requirements
* Advanced degree in education or a related field.
* Proven experience in educational leadership.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
