Electrician – Hunter Valley
Electrician(based in Hunter Valley) is responsible for the servicing and repair of the electrical components of equipment, ensuring equipment at the branch and onsite is ready, fit, and safe for hire.
Work alongside the mechanical team, ensuring our equipment is electrically ready for hire.
Your Typical Day Will Focus On
Service and maintenance of a wide range of electrical plant and equipment at the branch.
Carry out electrical calibrations on equipment as required.
Repair equipment as necessary following accepted trade practices and maintaining a high standard.
Undertake electrical fault finding and diagnostics, rectify faults as required.
Mechanical servicing of assets onsite and in workshops.
Keep customers notified and up to date in relation to their equipment service requirements.
Assist in maintaining correct levels of required electrical stocks of spare parts.

What You'll Bring To The Role
Mechanical Trade Certificate with a minimum Restricted Electrical Licence or "A" Grade Electrical Licence with proven strong mechanical skill set.
Demonstrated skills in troubleshooting, diagnostic and preventive maintenance on access, materials handling, power generation, dewatering, earthmoving and other construction plant & equipment.
Customer-oriented approach.
Drivers licence (preferably MR or HR).
Forklift and EWP ticket (desirable).
