Elite Body Recovery & Wellbeing is a premium recovery and wellness studio based in Maroubra, NSW. We specialise in sauna & ice bath therapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, red light therapy, lymphatic treatments, massage, and dry float therapy.
We are currently hiring a Casual Wellness & Recovery Coordinator with strong availability for afternoon, evening and weekend shifts.
This role is ideal for someone confident, reliable and passionate about health and wellness.
Availability Required
* Afternoon shifts (approx. 4pm–9pm)
* Evening availability
* Saturday and Sunday availability essential
If you are not consistently available on weekends, this role is not suitable.
About The Role
You will be the face of Elite Body. This is more than a reception role — it is about delivering a premium client experience while confidently guiding clients through our services.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Greeting and checking in clients
* Managing bookings via Fresha
* Preparing sauna & ice bath sessions
* Cleaning towels and cleaning studio
* Assisting with hyperbaric oxygen therapy sessions
* Resetting and maintaining treatment rooms
* Maintaining cleanliness and luxury presentation of the studio
* Recommending memberships and packages
* Supporting therapists and ensuring smooth daily operations

* Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Sales confidence (ability to recommend and upsell services)
* Previous experience in hospitality, fitness, or wellness preferred
