You will need to stay on top of your section during busy, high-volume services.Candidate ProfileTo succeed in this role, you should be able to work well in a small team, possess excellent technical skills, and have experience in modern bistro food. The following qualifications and skills are required:Hold a minimum Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or have 2 to 4 years of experience in a commercial kitchen.Previous experience in high-volume kitchens and A la Carte service.A hard-working, dedicated individual looking to advance their career.Ability to work a full-time hospitality roster.Capability to manage all kitchen sections — pans, grill, larder, and fryer.Salary & BenefitsGreat starting salary dependent on experience, from $69,000 + Super for Cook/Commis Chef (Cook Grade 3).
