**The role**:
- Manage the day-to-day running of a busy front desk
- Act as the first point of contact, welcome and register staff, visitors and guests
- Manage bookings for meeting rooms and events
- Provide support to the Facilities Manager with ad-hoc requests when required
- Answer phone calls and in house queries efficiently and politely, ensuring you are providing strong customer service at all times
- General admin support to the wider business when required
**Skills & Desirable**:
- Previous reception experience in a corporate setting
- A proactive and positive attitude
- Excellent attention to detail
- Happy to step up, and keen to learn
- Self-confident and can work autonomously
- Comfortable communicating with internal and external stakeholders
- High standard of personal presentation
