What You’ll Bring You’re an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident. A strong background : Proven experience supervising demolition but a strong background in civils is also well fitted. Safety first: Solid understanding of site safety systems, compliance, and best practice. Leadership skills : Confident managing crews, subcontractors, and day-to-day site activity. The right credentials: Relevant tickets, licences, and qualifications for site supervision. A Day in the Life You’ll be responsible for running site operations across active demolition projects, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to program. You’ll coordinate labour, plant, and subcontractors while conducting toolbox talks, risk assessments, and site inspections. You’ll work closely with project managers to track progress, solve issues on the ground, and keep everything moving smoothly.
