An exciting opportunity is available for a Contract Specialist to join a small, collaborative project studies team.
Reporting to the Study Manager, you will play a key role in supporting early-phase project studies by managing multiple active contracts and ensuring smooth commercial operations across a range of consultancy and technical study scopes.Key ResponsibilitiesManage multiple active contracts throughout their lifecycle.Coordinate contract extensions and variations to support new and existing study activities.Assist Study Managers across 2–3 concurrent studies with contract planning and administration.Support strategic considerations around contract requirements for various consultancies in the study phase.Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with contract terms.Maintain accurate documentation and contract records.Liaise with internal stakeholders including engineers, package managers, project EA, and the small commercial team.Work closely with the Commercial Manager and Principal for guidance, support, and escalation where required.About YouBackgrounf in engineering, quantity surveying or related fields preferred.Experience in contract management, procurement, or commercial support.Ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously with strong attention to detail.Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Proactive, organised, and comfortable managing active contract processes.With over 90 years' combined experience, NES Fircroft (NES) is proud to be the world's leading engineering staffing provider spanning the Oil & Gas, Power & Renewables, Chemicals, Construction & Infrastructure, Life Sciences, Mining andManufacturingsectors worldwide.
