A truly exciting opportunity has opened for a Full/Part Time Receptionist/Office Admin role. This role combines traditional receptionist duties with property management support tasks, primarily in real estate or property management settings. It involves administrative tasks, customer service, and helping with the smooth operation. If you've got a positive, can-do attitude and an interest in real estate, we want to hear from you.
Your Role:
* Promptly answering and directing calls
* Greeting Clients in an enthusiastic and welcoming way
* Assisting the property management team by processing tenancy applications and other property management administration duties
* General office housekeeping & file administration
The Candidate:
* Current NSW Certificate of Registration, or willing to obtain one.
* Strong administrative skills with great time management, ability to interact effectively with clients and property management teams.
* Exceptional customer service skills
* Immaculate personal presentation
* Ability to work autonomously and is an excellent multi-tasker
* Organised, detail-oriented and able to take initiative
* Proficient with office software (Outlook, Word, Excel) and property management systems.
Previous experience in similar roles like reception admin would be highly advantageous. This position is for someone looking for a long-term career in the real estate industry, with the opportunity to further develop your skills.
