Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Specialist to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the delivery of multiple projects, coordinating with project managers and teams, and ensuring effective project planning and execution.
This role requires:
* Monitoring progress, budgets, risks, quality of works, and overall project delivery.
* Coordinating with contract manager and team in bidding, procurement, and cost control activities.
* Assisting in managing stakeholder relationships, including clients, government agencies, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
* Supporting change reviews, ensuring regulatory compliance, and contributing to strategic decision-making.
* Monitoring resource allocation and assisting with key documentation such as document control, tenders, permits, and contingency planning.
The ideal candidate will have:
* A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil), Project/Construction Management, or equivalent.
* Over 5 years of progressive experience in the construction industry, particularly in EPCC projects, with a strong understanding of integrated project delivery processes.
* Demonstrated experience in project delivery, including managing budgets, schedules, resources, and quality of works. Experience with water, wastewater, river engineering works, and/or large-scale engineering projects is preferred.
* Ability to manage cross-functional teams, stakeholder relationships, and ensure regulatory compliance in infrastructural projects, with a strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil) or related field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in construction industry, preferably in EPCC projects.
* Strong understanding of project delivery processes.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
* Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
