Key Responsibilities
* Oversee regional operations, managing staff utilization, maintenance, and facility placement at Beneficial Use Facilities.
* Coordinate project locations, working with various stakeholders at different levels and roles within and outside the organization.
* Directly and indirectly manage supervisors, facility processing staff, sub-contractors, and suppliers.
* Ensure a safe working environment through continuous improvement, best practices, and positive employee wellbeing.
* Develop reports for senior management and regulatory agencies.
