We are currently seeking a Business Development Manager - to join our fleet and corporate team. This role is responsible for building strong relationships with businesses, government agencies, and leasing companies, while driving growth through new business development and account management.
About your new role
* Identify and secure new business opportunities across medium to large businesses, government, and fleet leasing organisations.
* Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, proposals, tenders, and negotiations.
* Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships to maximise retention and growth.
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service and integrated fleet solutions.
* Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and CRM records to track sales performance.
* Deliver an exceptional customer experience at every stage of the sales process.
What you'll bring
* Proven sales/business development experience (automotive, fleet, leasing, or B2B preferred).
* Strong networking and relationship management skills with a customer-first approach.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
* A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
* Strong organisational skills with CRM proficiency.
* Valid driver's licence required.
