As our Clinical Nurse Educator, you will:

* Drive innovation and continuous improvement – Contribute to service enhancement by identifying opportunities for improvement, and leading initiatives that streamline patient flow, strengthen quality standards, and achieve the best possible surgical outcomes.

About You
* Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) plus postgraduate qualifications relevant to Post Anaesthetic Recovery unit and at least 3 years full time equivalent clinical experience in perioperative nursing/post anaesthetic recovery care.
* Demonstrated effective communication including verbal, written and interpersonal skills and information technology skills to provide complex specialty services and influence innovative nursing practice.
* Demonstrated clinical expertise and clinical leadership in the area of specialty, including ability to develop nursing specialty clinical practice and service delivery.
* Demonstrated ability to practice in accordance with the Registered Nurse Standards of Practice, Code of Ethics for Nurses, and Code of Professional Conduct for Nurses (Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia).
