Description:
As a Relief Banking Professional in our Mt Pleasant & Mackay Caneland Branch, you will be the public face of the bank. You will deliver a seamless banking experience to customers, supporting them with their overall banking needs.
You will have in-depth conversations with customers about how we can support their banking needs, including Home Loans, Business Banking and Financial Advice. You will also educate and demonstrate our in-branch technology and digital banking options to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Have in-depth conversations with customers about their banking needs
* Support customers with enquiries, account maintenance and credit product applications
* Complete Financial Health Checks to assess customers' financial needs
* Educate and demonstrate in-branch technology and digital banking options
* Problem solve and provide effective solutions while championing our processes and procedures
Requirements:
* Experience in delivering exceptional customer service in a retail or hospitality environment
* Excellent communication skills to articulate financial terms clearly
* Ability to ask questions, find solutions and act with integrity
