This role is for a sharp, organised admin who loves tidy systems, clear communication, and keeping work moving.

What you'll own
* Inbox triage : respond using templates, route items, and escalate only what needs a decision
* Client workflow follow‑up : requests, doc chasing (politely), and keeping jobs progressing in Karbon
* Client onboarding : ID checks, engagement letters, ATO/ASIC setup, portal access, folder setup
* ATO/ASIC admin : processing mail, notices, scanning, routing, and follow‑ups
* Document collation : BAS/year‑end packs, "missing items" lists kept current
* Process improvement : keep checklists up to date so the team runs the same playbook every time
* General office ops : supplies, templates, light admin support to the team
What success looks like in your first 90 days
* The inbox and calendar run smoothly with minimal back‑and‑forth
* Client onboarding is consistent, fast, and "no loose ends"
* Lodgement/admin tasks are visible, up to date, and nothing slips
* Checklists and file naming are standardised and actually used

What you'll bring
* 1–3+ years admin experience in accounting / tax / professional services (or highly transferable)
* Confidence with document collation, e‑sign platforms, and checklists
* Exposure to ATO Online Services / ASIC admin is ideal (or strong aptitude to learn quickly)
* Strong communication and a friendly, professional manner
* Tech confidence (Karbon / Xero / XPM experience is a plus)
* Autonomy with accountability: own your outcomes and see your impact daily
