* Build strategic relationships with partners to increase market share and attach rate for Canonical.

* Develop a deep understanding of Linux and cloud software ecosystem, as well as open source selling models.

* Negotiate contracts and commercial business terms.

* Understand partner organizations and sales models, particularly with Global System Integrators.

* Collaborate with marketing, sales engineering, and product management to deliver targets and provide a voice for partners.

* Lead executive interlocks between partners and Canonical leadership.

We are looking for an experienced professional with extensive background in alliance or indirect sales management roles. Strong knowledge of OpenStack, virtualization, containers, and other Cloud technologies is essential.
