The Opportunity
We're seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our Perth team. As a dynamic and growing firm with 10 partners and more than 60 staff, we pride ourselves on our strong, collaborative culture. You'll play a pivotal part in driving integrated marketing initiatives that support revenue growth, strengthen our brand, and amplify thought leadership.
Key Responsibilities
* Strategy & Planning:
Develop, implement, and monitor the firm's marketing strategy and performance.
* Brand Management:
Ensure brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
* Digital Marketing:
Lead digital campaigns in partnership with our Digital Agency, including website, social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and analytics.
* CRM & Data:
Oversee data hygiene and leverage insights for targeted marketing.
* Business Development Enablement:
Coach stakeholders to enhance BD confidence and marketing effectiveness.
* Events & Sponsorships:
Organize client seminars, sponsorships, and industry events.
* PR & Communications:
Develop media opportunities and craft content.
* Operations:
Manage the marketing calendar, budget, and external suppliers/agencies.
* Collaboration:
Engage with the Marketing Focus Group to ensure alignment and consistency and work closely with our Marketing Coordinator to deliver on expectations.
* BD Support:
Assist with proposals, tenders, capability statements, case studies, and credentials.
* Reporting:
Provide regular updates to the Managing Partner on activities, KPIs, and continuous improvement.
What You'll Bring
* Tertiary qualification in Marketing or equivalent.
* Minimum 3+ years' experience in a generalist marketing role.
* Professional services industry experience highly regarded.
* Exceptional communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Experience with Dynamics Customer Insights Journeys (CIJ) or similar platforms highly regarded.
* Experience with Canva, Adobe Suite and other marketing software is advantageous.
* Relationship-driven, proactive, detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities confidentially.
