About the Role
We are seeking a Consumer Engagement Specialist to lead our efforts in delivering exceptional consumer experiences. This role will involve managing inquiries, feedback, and complaints with empathy, precision, and professionalism.
* Lead the capture, review, and resolution of consumer feedback – turning insights into actionable improvements
* BUILD strong, genuine connections with consumers, referrers, staff, and radiologists
* Provide expert advice on consumer issues, complaints, and trends to Executives, Partners, and clinical leaders
* Draft sharp, effective briefings to support informed decision-making at the top
* Craft timely, values-driven responses that reflect our commitment to outstanding care
* Support media and reputational management through issue briefings when required
* Analyse and improve our feedback processes – spotting trends and driving smarter, system-level improvements
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Proven experience in managing medico-legal matters and clinical risk in a healthcare setting
* In-depth knowledge of consumer rights, privacy laws, and information management regulations
* A natural ability to build relationships and earn trust quickly
* Sharp analytical skills – able to cut through complexity and develop smart solutions
* Exceptional communication skills – clear, concise, and confident in every interaction
