About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to join our team, based out of our Central Coast Display Suite & Office. You will be responsible for identifying customer needs and recommending suitable products for building or extending their dream home.
* Key responsibilities include:
* Understanding building & design fundamentals, assessing different blocks and building requirements for feasibility of KDR projects
* Generating and following up on leads to convert into sales
* Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships
* Building external referral relationships with developers and real estate agents
* Conducting market research to stay informed about housing industry trends
About the Role
You will be confident, approachable, and driven to succeed in a sales environment while providing an authentic client experience. Key qualifications include:
* A strong track record in new home sales (experience is essential)
* Knowledge of second dwelling regulations for granny flats (desirable)
* Understanding of current residential market trends
* Experience with KDR & renovation projects
* Proven success in converting leads into sales
* Knowledge of the building industry and architectural plans
* Ability to build great relationships
* Good IT system knowledge
* Availability to work weekends
The successful candidate will receive a competitive base salary plus a generous commission structure.
