Matrix Education is now hiring casual Primary School Teachers to join the team at our Castle Hill, Epping or Chatswood campus. This role is ideal for a current Primary Teacher or a postgraduate student (MTeach, Hons) seeking an ongoing casual teaching position with regular weekly hours. Our classes run after school on weekdays and on weekends and would be ideal for a current school teacher who is looking to for extra casual working hours or is considering stepping away from schools and would like to try teaching in a new environment You will have the opportunity work with a fun and talented team in a beautifully resourced campus with fantastic classroom resources. Minimal lesson preparation is required as lessons and resources are prepared for you. What you'll do… Teaching regular weekly classes in English, mathematics and critical thinking, Providing ongoing feedback and consultation on class resources. What you'll need… Possess a genuine passion for teaching, Previous experience teaching primary students in a classroom setting, Have extensive knowledge of the current NESA stage 2 and 3 curriculum, Have completed their degree in Education, Teaching or a related discipline, Postgraduate studies in the above listed disciplines will be highly regarded.
