You'll be supporting our Sales and Operations Manager, keeping admin tight, systems humming, and customers well looked after. No two days are the same—variety, autonomy, and genuine contribution come standard.
Key Responsibilities
* Front-of-house administrative support
* Preparing, lodging, and managing shire documentation and applications
* Data entry, filing, and document control
* Supporting sales and construction management with day-to-day admin
* Customer liaison—professional, friendly, and solutions-focused
* Maintaining office systems, processes, and supplies
About You
* Proven experience in an admin or office all-rounder role
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Confident communicator, both written and verbal
* Comfortable working independently and managing competing priorities
* Resilient under deadlines, with a good sense of humour when plans inevitably shift
