As B2C Marketing Manager you will help drive consumer demand, build loyalty and engage with consumers across Australia & New Zealand. You will contribute to strategies that create long‑term growth and tangible brand impact.
As a B2C Marketing Manager, you will focus on amplifying the food waste movement, inspiring and empowering everyone to fight food waste together within a brand‑centric organisation.
Your role
* Reporting to the Head of Marketing for Australia & New Zealand.
* Strategy: develop and execute marketing activations and campaigns across owned and paid channels; support user growth; analyze demand KPIs; build brand awareness through partnerships; analyze User Acquisition data to drive new registrations and retention; use data to optimize campaign performance.
* Social Media: identify scroll‑stopping trends, cultural insights or content opportunities; work with the community management agency to grow the engaged social community; monitor and share insights; amplify relevant organic content from the user community.
* Creativity: create local CRM campaigns (Push notifications, EDMs, in‑app assets); analyze CRM campaigns and provide recommendations; manage briefs for creative production; create and edit local and global content.
* Team: collaborate with the ANZ marketing team, align with Partner Marketing and Public Relations; build relationships with marketing colleagues across Europe, North America and other markets to share ideas and maintain brand alignment.
Why You Are The Person We're Looking For
* Significant experience in a relevant role (B2C Marketing Manager, Social Media, Marketing, PR, etc.).
* Proven ability to interpret data, refine strategies, and optimise content distribution across platforms.
* Excellent communication skills; a natural storyteller with a clear and empathetic style.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and work across countries in virtual teams.
* Hands‑on experience planning and executing consumer campaigns across various platforms.
* Demonstrable experience in creating social media content and managing social media channels; knowledge of key platforms and metrics.
* Detail‑oriented with experience briefing and reviewing creative content.
* Ambitious, results‑driven, and eager to make a positive impact on the planet and society.
* Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑changing environment; team player.
