In this role you will engage with external maintenanceproviders, our residents, staff and management teams to undertakeall preventative and reactive maintenance, including propertyimprovement plans required for the upkeep of the home.

The requirements | What you'll need to do thiswork
* A Trade Certificate or equivalent
* Demonstrated experience working as a team to deliverproperty and maintenance outcomes in accordance with relevantlegislation, industry standards and company policies andprocedures
* The ability to work effectively unsupervised andavailability to be part of an After-Hours Emergency ResponseRoster via phone to assist with on-site emergencies across allWarrigal sites
* A commitment to delivering high quality customer servicewith well-developed communication, interpersonal andproblem-solving skills
* A positive, professional attitude and ability to promoteWarrigal in keeping with the organisation's vision, purpose andvalues
