We're looking for an experienced Administration Officer to join us at our Cockburn Central office.
About the role
Reporting to the Management team, you'll be responsible for a broad range of administration and accounts support duties, including:
General office administration and reception support
Managing inbound calls/emails and responding to customer enquiries
Job set-up, documentation, and maintaining accurate records
Purchase orders, supplier coordination, and follow-ups
Invoicing, accounts receivable/payable support and reconciliations
Xero data entry, processing invoices, and assisting with reporting
Supporting technicians with scheduling, timesheets, and job paperwork
Filing, compliance documentation, and general coordination as required
