**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Care Worker to join our team, providing support and care to clients in Wagga and Cootamundra NSW. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping our clients maintain their independence and quality of life.
Job Description:
* Assist clients with personal hygiene, dressing, and domestic duties
* Accompany clients on daily errands, provide companionship and support
* Promote social interaction through activities such as preparing meals, administering medications (as needed)
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Certificate III in Individual Support or Equivalent (Essential): A recognised qualification that demonstrates your ability to deliver high-quality care services.
Excellent Communication Skills: You will be able to communicate effectively with clients, families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders. Verbal communication is essential for this role
National Police Check (Valid within the Last 3 Years), NSW Working with Children Check, Driver's Licence, and CPR Certificate (Valid Within Last 12 Months): You must have up-to-date certifications for these checks so we can ensure client safety.
