What's the role?
As a risk sales account manager you will be responsible for maintaining relationships and growing usage of our existing subscriptions managing the sales process for Bloomberg's MARS solutions and Bloomberg OTC Valuation Service (BVAL) to buy-side clients based in Australia and New Zealand. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for working with our existing clients to nurture deeper relationships and develop new revenue streams. You will do this by building pipeline across both product lines and converting it into sales, increasing the awareness of these products internally within Bloomberg, building key relationships with decision makers, and providing actionable feedback to management and product teams.

- Prior experience of buy-side workflows and operating models
- Strong data and quantitative analysis skills
- Strong operational and process management skills
- Willingness to learn complex business and technology processes and actively contribute to their evolution
- Self-motivation, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Insight into market trends and where our clients are focusing next
- Proven track record in building, managing, and closing sales opportunities
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English
